How to add a modal window in Symfony2 (SonataBundle)?

Good day!
I have a table of accounts. It has a field with a drop-down list of account statuses (open, closed, paid, etc.). How can I make it so that when choosing the status paid, I would pop up a modal window in which I need to specify the date of payment of this invoice and this date would be recorded in another field of the invoice table?
