How to add a function from Brackets in Sublime Text 3?

Access function from html file by class name to class in css file. Well, you understand (CTRL + E), the main feature of Brackets) Is it possible to implement it through some kind of plugin.

I’m also interested, it’s a cool feature, it was in brackets even in the initial versions themselves, somehow I even wanted to switch to it because of this, but sublime is still cooler - if only this function existed, then in general ...
