How to add a formatting menu bar to Atom?

Please tell me how to add a formatting menu bar to Atom - “cut”, “copy”, “paste”. It is not comfortable to work without them.

Alt -> File -> Settings -> Core
Uncheck "Auto hide menu bar"
in the Edit menu, it's all there.
