How to add a fisheye effect to a slider?

there is a very interesting fish-eye effect for the cyclic slider, and I understand that it can basically be applied to any other. the effect slider example itself: coolcarousels.frebsite.nl/c/17

I really like the owl slider as it's very flexible and quite lightweight ( owlgraphic.com/owlcarousel ) and I'm trying to apply a fish-eye effect to it, but I don't quite understand how to do it right.
my jsfiddle: jsfiddle.net/v_orlov/nLJ79/350

any hints and

clarification help. so that the 1st and 5th elements become smaller than the usual size, and the central one is larger than the usual size. and when scrolling and changing slides, these styles were kept on 1,3 and 5th elements

The question is not quite clear, like, when hovering, increase the image or change the view?
