How to add a domain user to local administrators?

Good afternoon! It is required to make a certain user (support) an admin on the local machine, while he should not be a domain admin.
I do this: I
created a new computer.admins group in the domain, added the support user to it, linked the GPO to it, created a rule in the GPO in "Restricted Access Groups" and added the required user there, but it does not work. CHAYDN?
Local group Administrators exists

Create a group with limited access "Administrators", and add the domain user group (or the domain users themselves) to it.
