How to add a Direct airplane to the top panel on Instagram (PC version) (see screenshots)?

The crux of the matter is this. On one account, it is possible to write in direct (the subscribe button changes to send a message and there is an airplane at the top.

Others (all that I have not met) do not have this. The subscribe button changes to delete (cancel).
