How to add a counter to favicon?

Please tell me, is it possible to add a counter to the favicon? I'm interested in a solution specifically for the angular type of this .
Because if the value asynchronously comes to the component, then you need to be able to send it to an external script, which is shown in the above link.

What's the difference between Angular and not Angular? Install it via npm, wrap it in a singleton, and call the counter update method whenever you need to.
