How to add a comment to a custom Emmet snippet?

There is a snippet with a conditional comment for IE, but it doesn't work. I surfed the Internet and didn't find a word about the comment in the Emmet snippets.

Resolved the issue. I found a code with a comment in Emmet's snippets.json and entered the script
