How to add a comment to an existing entry in the address list, via the console?
ip firewall address-list set address=172.16.8.45 list=ENABLE comment="16.06.2017"
after entering it writes numbers:
There are many entries to comment on.

/ip firewall address-list print

It will show you a list with numbers, in numbers specify the numbers of the required lines separated by commas

Commands that act on already existing rules: comment, disable, remove, set- require you to specify the number of the rule, which can be obtained by displaying the full list print, as mentioned above. And in order not to parse the numbers with your eyes, you can do something like this:
