How to adapt OCFilter landing pages?

I have a question about Adapting OCFilter landing pages.
On the Category page, after the list of all products, there is a description of the category (the so-called SEO text), for this we use the Extra Description Category module
Next, we use OCFilter
Create a landing page for the search query Category + a set of filters
Using the filter settings for the landing page, create new meta tags Title, Description, H1 tag.
But there is a question.
Remained unchanged:
Detailed lower category description (Extra Description Category module). As a result, the landing page may contain a significant amount of content that is completely identical to the category page without a filter. And this is exactly what we don't want. Moreover, if we create several landing pages with a different set of filters in the category, then on each landing page we have duplicate content at the bottom of the page. This generally reduces the uniqueness of each landing page.
Question: What can be done in such a situation?

@rozenblit

Example:
Category pages: http://www.sklad-dveri.rf/mezhkomnatnye-dveri
Filter page: http://www.sklad-dveri.rf/mezhkomnatnye-dveri/tsv...
the detailed description of the category is duplicated after all products

@zoozag

Hide if the url has filtering options.
As far as I understand, you can check by:
if (isset($this->request->get['filter_ocfilter']))
