How to adapt hotkeys from FakeVim to Dvorak Keyboard?

Good day. I am using Dvorak layout. QT Creator has FakeVim vim simulation mode. Working in vim and in sublime, it was not difficult for me to adjust the commands to the layout of the dvorak (and I learned all the commands in qverti earlier), but in QT Creator, apparently, not everything is so simple. Actually the question is: How to adapt hotkeys from fake vim to the dvorak keyboard, or maybe there is some kind of extension?
