How to achieve this camera movement?

There is a video and I was interested in the movement of the camera in this video.

How was the approach to a particular object achieved? (in this case, the text)
How was this effect achieved on the video?
What type of camera was used?

I would even like to find a tutorial on setting up the correct camera movement (I experimented myself and sometimes objects flew out of the frame and as a result the camera did not capture them ). Since I was looking for and everything is not the same as in my opinion.
