How to achieve complete deletion of confidential data by a mobile operator?

Good afternoon!
In connection with the criminal activity of one of the OPSOS'ov in relation to clients, he decided to change the mobile operator. At the same time, I want to completely terminate the contract with the old operator and prohibit him from further processing my personal data. Is it possible to do this somehow without the participation of the prosecutor's office? When contacting "specialists" at the operator's office, they refused to accept an application for the deletion of personal data, referring to the fragmentation of the subscriber base ...

I believe that without evidence of a violation of your rights, the only thing you can do is to notify the Telecom Operator in writing about the withdrawal of consent to the processing of your personal data. A copy with the stamp "Received" - to yourself.

1. Open Word and write a letter to the operator, saying that I demand to stop further processing of my personal data.
2. Find on the network the address of your operator's central office in the subject of the federation where you entered into an agreement with him
. IMPORTANT ! Send a letter with a description and notification.
4. The postal receipt, inventory and receipt must be kept.
If after all the actions described above you receive some information from the operator that allows you to believe that he has not stopped processing your personal data, then write a complaint to RosKomNadzor. It is this department that deals with personal data issues in our country. They will be required to conduct proceedings on your application and notify you of the results. When applying to this structure, of course, attach copies of your notice, postal receipt, inventory and receipt from the letter.
If RosKomNadzor does not respond to your appeal, only then it makes sense for you to contact the prosecutor's office, which will force RosKomNadzor to work.
