How to achieve an acceptable font size on all devices?

The essence of the question may seem simple, but I, as a beginner, do not understand it.
I made the layout of the site using foundation 5. Everything is working out as it should, but the problem is that on mobile devices with a small screen but a high resolution, the font in the blocks looks unreadable. This mostly happens on phones in portrait mode. How to deal with it?
