There is a site where you need to find the exact city of the user. I am using bitbucket.org/lorien/django-ipgeo. The databases have been updated and in principle everything works, but there is such a problem. I live in Vologda (North-Western region). If I log in from the phone through a sim card megaphone, then he gives me that I am from St. Petersburg. I can probably understand why. Through other bases I went from the phone and Peter is determined everywhere. That is, as I understand it, geoip does not really help in this situation. What other ways to determine the city are there, except for ip?
