How to access the shared folder of VirtualBox?

I shared the folder, but I can't get access to it.
drwxrwx---. 1 root vboxsf 4096
how to change root vboxsf to user user at least
Tried the usual commands, permissions, adding a group, nothing happened.
Logged in as root copied the files to the user's directory.
But it's not so convenient.
