How to access the mobile version on PC?

It has a mob version, if you go from a mobile phone it opens here
Actually I want to go to it from a PC, I drive a link into the address bar and a stupid white screen opens. I set the user agent, it seems like using it you can emit a mobile and still a blank white screen via a link. How to be?
