How to access the calendars of employees in a group in Outlook (Exchange Online)?

There is a person who needs to make access to the calendars of employees so that he can see the details (and not just free/busy). Dozens of employees. How to give access to the calendar via PowerShell from one employee to another is understandable. But there are a lot of people, giving for everyone, and then adding the calendars of these people in the Outlook client is not an option - it will look cumbersome.
Is it possible to somehow unite people into a group (this is done), and then simply assign rights to a person for this group, via PowerShell? So that he can see the calendars of all the people who are in this group?
You can do the opposite so that the group sees the calendar of a particular person, but how to do it the other way around?

For this case, it is best to make a shared mailbox and give access to the calendar to the whole group. And already plan activities through this calendar. It will be more convenient
