How to access the button property by name?

I'm trying to write in android studio.
There is a button id in a string variable like
String name="button_11"
I want to access the button and change the text in it.
In general, it looked like button_11.setText("Text");
How can I implement this to combine? Make - name.setText("Text"); ?
