How to access MySQL via command line on Zend Sever?
How to access MySQL via command line on Zend Sever?
I do all this according to the book of Robin Nixon, it is suggested to do it in the following way: by entering the following command in the command line "C:\Program Files (x86)\Zend\MySQL55\bin\mysql" -u root. The thing is, I don't have a bin folder in the MySQL55 folder.
Tell me where to knock on the zend server to start working with MySQL, or it might be easier to install another server, or would it be easier to install MySQL separately?
PS.
I'm a total newbie, so please explain as simply as you can.

You need to run the console - this is the mysql.exe file. This file is what you are looking for.
Usually it really lies in bin.
As an alternative, you can download from the MySQL website Mysql Workbench - a fairly convenient client with a graphical interface.
However, if you have just started to understand - I would advise you to change the WAMP assembly. OpenServer, in my (and not only mine) opinion, is more convenient, and it has a very good and up-to-date instruction in Russian and a large Russian-speaking community.
