How to access hardware in QNX?

I installed QNX on the machine. The question is, the embedded system must have access to the hardware, port management, etc. how is it implemented in QNX? In what direction to study? So far what I've found is the organization of files, directories, users, groups, etc. Or I don't understand how the system works.
