How to access Google Docs?

Hello, is there any normal documentation or examples (preferably in Russian, but also in English), how to start working with api google docs? I am interested in working with my own docks, oauth is not required (if you can get by, I did not understand this point from the official docks). I can’t figure out what exactly to choose for this in the google console (I always get confused there). Well, actually, at least some simple examples of how to get a document, edit it, store it.
There are many pages in the official Google documentation, I could not figure out with them what is what there.
