How to access a specific button on a forum?

There is a tab "my posts" on the forum, there are topics. I click on the topic, and I am thrown to the place of my last message, which needs to be quoted. I can not click on the "quote" button on the forum, just opposite my message. I am using python + selenium. The button is pressed at the very first person on the page.

If I understand you correctly, then every post has a quote button.
Accordingly, the search produces the first match.
In order to find the right button, you first need to find exactly the right post, and then look for the button inside it (I don’t see the page structure, I can’t say more specifically)

It's best to find your message/post, then go to the parent (block with the message), then go to the child whose class is button with value "quote"
