How to access a network folder under a Microsoft account? There is only one working group, net view sees another computer with win 7, but cannot access the folder with movies available to everyone

Finally found a solution to the problem!
we have a snack through Win + R regedit
and change or create a key in the folder:
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanmanWorkstation\Parameters
AllowInsecureGuestAuth = 1 (REG_DWORD type)
