How to accept payments from the US/EU at a dropshipping store in Ukraine?

I know that the topic is hackneyed, but I still can’t figure out which system to choose for accepting payments on an online store from US / EU dropshippers in Ukraine?
PayPal is a disastrous business and disdains working in Ukraine and a huge risk of a ban for any sneeze.
2Checkout seems to work, but there are also great chances to get a ban and lose money on the account.
I heard that like Yandex.Checkout, the solution is not bad, but you immediately need an IP and Yandex is banned in Ukraine ...
Authorize.Net, Braintree and Stripe also disdain us, except to open a company in the USA through Atlas, but it's somehow 500 bucks I don’t really want to spread it at the start ...
It seems like XSolla gives such an opportunity, but they seem to be more about games, not shops.
What other options are there? Skrill? Or 2Checkout doesn't ban that much? Or maybe WayForPay (although it has recently appeared)?

I can help open a business account with Stripe/PayPal to any citizen from the CIS.
The procedure is a little hemorrhagic - but even in the summer I solved this issue, being a citizen of Ukraine and using Stripe to accept payments in a Shopify store.
