There is an individual entrepreneur registered in Russia and a ruble current account, and there is a website on it, we sell consulting services, since there is demand from the USA and Europe, we want to work with them, the site already has PAyPal, but we want the client to be able to pay immediately from the Card us a favor. (Without registration on a third-party service)
It is not obligatory that you can immediately transfer to the settlement somewhere from where we will then withdraw to our account.
Prices are naturally indicated in dollars on the site. But aggregators like robocas and yandexmoney either do not work with the states or cannot issue an invoice in dollars if there is no foreign currency account.
I would not really like that the bill would be billed in rubles.
How can this problem be solved, it is important that the client pays immediately from the Card on commissions, we don’t worry too much, since the cost of production is very low.

In Russia, Alfabank is able to debit cards in USD, it transfers rubles to your current account at the rate of the Central Bank -0.5%
But the problem is that acquiring banks do not immediately give acceptance from cards issued in other countries, but only after you have worked with them for some time, you have accumulated a payment history without chargebacks
