I wrote a mobile application, posted it on google play and app store, I sell it there, I get money for sole proprietorship normally, everything is legal.

Now I have written a web application, I want to sell it to consumers in the same way, but the accountant says that this is not possible, you need a cash register, acquiring, and that's it. Seriously? Is there really no platform where you can start accepting and selling payments tomorrow without a headache, for example, activation keys for my software? At least the basic functionality is of interest, without subscriptions, refands, pre-orders. Is there such a thing? It cannot be...
