How technically do you get CBM (bonus malus coefficient) from an insurance company?

On sites selling OSAGO insurance (example of the site below, under the spoiler) there is a calculation of the cost of insurance. In the calculation formula there is such a parameter as CBM (bonus malus coefficient). Its value is individual and is kept by insurance companies. How technically this KBM is obtained from insurance companies? Those. How is the API for obtaining KBM technically arranged, on what technology? If on different (which is very likely), then I would like an example.
ADDED:
I am aware of what is API, REST, RPC, CORBA, SOAP, etc. I work with these things. I would like specifics.

All movements under OSAGO (for example, issuing a policy) are currently transferred by insurance companies to a single register. Well, so does KBM. Accordingly, from there it is requested. For insurance companies, there is an API
dkbm-web.autoins.ru/dkbm-web-1.0/kbm.htm

To access, you need APIs, they are usually paid, but there are some that give test access. here is an example for the documentation https://e-agent24.ru/opartner.php
