How should the file structure of a BEM site look like?

How should the file structure of a multi-page BEM site look when working with PUG and SCSS? It is clear that for each block, element and modifier there should be its own folder where css, js and html are stored, BUT after watching a lot of videos on YouTube and reading a lot of articles I have not found a clear explanation of how everything should be arranged ... alone create a src folder, other app and dist and because of all this I got confused and my head boiled. Can anyone show an example of a site with the correct file structure?
