Data for advertising is collected by Google based on keyboard input. Microsoft does the same. It makes no sense to compare a PC and a phone, it all depends on the conscientiousness of application developers.
And you don’t have to worry about the data that Google and Microsoft left, they don’t seem to store it, but process and delete it once.
