Can you please tell me how safe it is to store passwords from sites in Chrome Android? Only I use the device, lastpass and others are not suitable.

Probably as safe as leaving credit card details, expiration date with CVV2 on the internet over http connection over wifi in some crappy diner.
if the device is stolen, all your accounts can be compromised.
