How relevant/needed is OOP on the web?

Tovarischi! How often is OOP used in web development. Separately in the front and in the back. Provided that different frameworks are used. I don't think it really matters, but PHP or a node is supposed to be the backend.

Team development in OOP is much easier.

My moral threshold without OOP is somewhere around 500 lines of code, but often even less.

The web is different. If you are a freelance craftsman and write plugins for wordpress or joomla, then you don’t need to.
