How relevant is the idea for a startup?
TestMyApp - a service for collective testing of applications
The essence of the project: the creation of a service for collective testing of applications for different platforms/OS.
I think many programmers/developers among you have often faced the question - Is my application %AppName% (/ firmware %RomName%) good to be displayed (/ work) on the device %DeviceName%?
So this is the essence of my project - creating a community for voluntary testing of applications that are not yet ready for release - it does not matter - mobile or desktop.
First of all, I would like to know - is such a service necessary? Is it worth looking for people interested in its development.
Thank you in advance for any criticism/answers/praise (underline as appropriate). With respect to the Toaster audience, Yuri.

There are plenty of similar services
"Voluntary testing" is unlikely to work. And if people are paid for what they have tested, then perhaps.
But developers are willing to pay more for quality tests, and not for the answer "Yes, it works." But how to check the quality of the test, this is already a task.
As a bonus, testers could be given applications for free when they are written.
Free applications are of course less incentive to test, but users will not know whether it is paid or free.
Given that decent money is paid for testing, any savings on this issue will be relevant. You can take discounts from developers. You test, you like it, after testing you get a discount (depending on the volume of the test) from 30 to 70%, well, or by agreement. Relevant for expensive desktop software, especially in times of crisis. The main thing is to ensure the quality of tests, otherwise the service will burn out quickly. No one needs low-quality testing, even for free. It is uninformative, that is, meaningless. If we manage to recruit good testers (thematic), then, I think, there may be developers who are ready to pay for software testing. It all depends on the implementation. The main factors: economy and relevance. Lots of specific software paid services with professional testers are not specialized in task-specific tests, but simply click controls for errors. They do not reveal logical errors and inconvenience.
and why are you better https://developers.google.com/cloud-test-lab/ ?
here at least everything is clear, here are the tests, here are the devices ... and what do you suggest?
