How relevant is CIW certification (Javascript) in the CIS?

Good day
I read this topic What certificates is useful for a web developer?
And the question arose, if I heard about Microsoft, then I learned about CIW for the first time. Google suggested that the process is not too simple. But the question is, is there a return on it?
If at least half of php developers know about the same Zend, then no one from my friends has heard about CIW. Will there be a profit when looking for a job?
