How quickly do #hashtags go out of date?

Recently, friends have been asking me to come up with a logo with hashtags.
those. Initially, people come up with a tag, then they ask me to portray something (mostly tour business, travel bloggers).
I'm trying to prove that it makes no sense to make a logo like #familytogetherde-holiday is bullshit and you shouldn't contact me with this. I take logo design very seriously, thinking in an old-school way that it should make sense.
I figured... if I'm a competitor with some familiarity with the twitter api, I might as well spam the tag.
In general, I can’t even put the question ... who owns the tags and what time ... like what is their TTL?
What if my friend gets spammed? Write to sportsloto?
Who faced with the promotion of tags. Share plz.

Raising a tag is no easy task. Here the accuracy of hitting the target audience is extremely important. And on your own, of course, you can raise some simple everyday tag, not even strongly connected with current events. Another thing is business. By the forces of one person, the product will not be promoted with a tag. All the same situation as the photo application in which Bieber invested: he was the only one who forced him - to no avail, even the repulsed girls turned on him did not install the application. So think: maybe you should turn to specialists working with social media.
PS I would personally recommend, again, associating the tag with current events and contextual news - they are always searched for, and the tags associated with them are more often trending on Twitter.
