How powerful is a VPS for scraping?

I want to make a small service on Django, which will:
1) Accept client data through a form.
2) Bypass 20-50 html pages (beautifulsoup - I use it)
3) all data is passed to the view and rendered on the page for the client.
I think that up to 3 users will use this thing at the same time - peak.
I want to take hosting at https://www.digitalocean.com/pricing/
What can I get as cheap as possible, that it at least worked?
