How on a third-party site GENERALLY prohibit clicking on links and opening new windows in the browser? What code to enter in the console?

I found a very convenient and cool site with TV shows in English with subtitles and various goodies while watching. In general, a dream)! And what's important, it's free.
But there is one BUT! From time to time, the site opens a new browser window and it is still tolerable when there is just advertising for clothes, but in 80% of the case this is extremely obscene content.
Help me!
Is it possible to think of something that would not be?
The adBlock extension in chrome builds for me.
Is there any script that will disable following links? Or at least tell me which direction to think?
