How often is the project builder set up?

I understand that they set up, or rather "change the template" config of the collector when starting new projects.

I'm more interested in when you join a company, most likely because you work on the config that they give you, right?

Weird question. Each project has its own collector configuration. Unless, of course, you work on an assembly line for the manufacture of primitive solutions of the same type.
