How often do you use Bootstrap at work?

Hello everyone
I would like to know if the use of Bootstrap is welcome, for example, in any company where website layout is in progress, etc.?
If not, why not?
Thank you in advance

Usually, most web studios use Bootstrap to reduce development time by several times. This is convenient for them, and even if one made up the layout, and then transferred his layout to another, he will immediately be able to figure it out without even delving into the essence.
But in companies that specialize in large projects (projects with development), you rarely see this framework. Because it is out of place there at all - everything is written from scratch and for the needs of the project, filtering out every extra line of code.

We have a small studio, but we just agreed in the team.
DO NOT use Bootstrap for websites, landing pages, stores.
The only place we allow is the admin panel.
I always say Bootstrap is a great framework that was invented by lazy programmers who can't code .
The way it is. It can be used, but not universally.
Websites are even easier to make up without it.
