How often do you experience burnout at work?

And how do you deal with it? Unless of course it's a secret.

In the West, this is called non-compliance with worklife balance. It only seems that the matter is in emotions and the psyche, but in fact it is pure chemistry - it is quite possible that the hormonal balance is also disturbed. Burnout will be an inevitable result if you commute to work in noisy stuffy transport for at least a year, work hard, and relax with games and other sticking into the monitor or, at best, with beer in a stuffy room.
Fight with quite standard methods:

  • Review nutrition, add separately vitamins and trace elements
  • Force yourself to spend at least an hour a day in the fresh air.
  • Phys. loads
  • Personal life / communication with friends
  • Hobby not related to computers

Obviously, there is no point in fighting and somehow removing / removing / running away from the "consequence", you need to fight the cause of such a breakdown, depression and "burnout".
All these "chicks", smoking and drinking are nonsense for schoolchildren.

Take a break, have fun, talk about the essential with a loved one. This is the standard solution. If it does not help, go in for sports, the release of the "hormone of happiness" will help for a short time.
However, this is a private and personal matter.

We need to change activities, apparently.
I also have burnout problems, but all my free time I study layout, js, php. I work hard, but in a different field. I could not find an appropriate position for myself in order to study it at the workplace, and in the evening to relax from the computer.
