Hello. Made an application for Yandex Money (Yu.Money). He considers how many receipts were on the wallet. At the first start, authorization is required to obtain a token. Authorization takes place on the Yandex Money website. Google rejected my post with the wording

The main purpose of your application is to provide a view of the https://money.yandex.ru/ website .

I tried to explain in the appeal that this is only needed once and for authorization, but they stand their ground. How to be in a situation if authorization through the site is required? Has anyone encountered such a situation?
