How not to manually restore Windows 7 files?

Good afternoon. After infecting a PC with a bad virus and getting rid of it, the system began to behave strangely. Labels are rearranged, some things are not saved. No sending to desktop files, .exe. The wallpaper on the desktop then appears then a black screen. The taskbar does not display programs correctly. The language bar in the taskbar jumps to different places, etc. That virus infected all .exe and when you started any program, something was installed, well, everything was bad in a nutshell.
There is no system disk, I can’t restore, I can’t reinstall, because the PC is at a great distance from me, and through teamviewer I managed to get the CBS.log. How to recover non-manual files. Maybe there is some special forum where you can upload a log and they will tell you what to do? Is there a special service? How to be?

@HHabar

To begin with, try regular means. In cmd as administrator, run sfc /scannow
Maybe this command will cope with all the problems.
