How much will a competent web server setup cost?

There is a digitalocean droplet with debian 7, nginx-extra (for the pagespeed module) + php-fpm and a wordpress site. Also SSL, fastcgi_cache caching. All this works, it seems, without failures. But I set it all up, a person who understands little about setting up web servers. I am interested in how much the service of a competent specialist will cost, who will be able to set it all up in the best way, reduce response time and generally speed up the loading of the site.

there are generally 2 problems, for 2 specialists:
1. for a conventional admin who will configure the system and nginx, etc
2. for a specialist who will cut WP itself. Which is a fair amount of glitches and slows down, therefore it requires half-rewriting to start a conversation ... Without this, at least set up a web server, there will be no sense. And it won’t happen at all, it will still turn out crooked in the end. And the response will still be bad, and in the mobile version, Google scores points for fatal WP defects.
The best way to customize WP is to replace it with any static generator 8-) vote for Pelican.
