How much time to spend on self-study?

Hello! It just so happened that because I don’t work in irl, then I got an unlimited supply of time for anything and I wanted to spend it usefully, I liked web design and a lot of theory fell on me + I also need to combine it with practice and of course I can spend at least all of it on it a day, but after a few days I have a feeling that I’m burning out, well, as you already understood, the question arose: How many hours would it be reasonable to spend time on training so as not to burn out and not to abandon the whole thing? Let's say how many hours a day you need to devote to theory, and how many to practice and so that everyone has time for leisure, by the type of games / go for a walk / watch a series, so as not to bother with design alone.

Spend as much as is comfortable. If you start procrastinating, that's enough.

This is fundamentally the wrong question - "how much time to allocate for training?". Yes, as much as you want. There are 24 hours in a day to study - study.
The most important question here is what - for what?
What do you want? Get to work? Make your own startup (doubtful, but have to ask)? Freelancing? Just to please friends with an author's postcard? Kill time?
Depending on the goals and allocate time. Otherwise, you're just sitting out your pants. Yes, of course, you are busy with “useful”, you are “learning”, “developing”. However, the reality is that without a purpose, all these "developments" are ordinary "fraud" - both to others and to oneself.
What do you need? This is the most important question to ask yourself, because in the great and powerful Internet there is no answer to it.

The process of self-learning should be endless, and if you are already burning out, are you sure that this is even yours?
