How much time does an information site need for Yandex?

Hello!
There is an information site on a fairly non-competitive topic. Requests - MF and LF (mostly demand below 500). Launched at the beginning of April. Optimization done: no broken links, no redirects, correct robots, no dirt in the index, convenient simple design, fast loading, full optimization of the PC and MOB version, valid micro-markup, in general the site is super clean.
The uniqueness of most articles is 100% → copyright made by me. Compared to competitors (of which there are few) - much more useful and detailed articles. There is also text with a uniqueness of ~ 80%, but there is simply no chance to do better if you do not use some kind of perversion on the text.
I add content from the day of launch ~ 2-5 new pages per week. Now about 40 pages. All are indexed. However, positions in Yandex are zero. There were 2 random transitions for almost a month and a half for requests that are not in the TOP-100. And that's it. There is to take a piece of text and try to find it (without quotes), without a chance, although this works with other sites.
With Google, everything is a little better - 2-4 clicks per day. It’s not enough, but it’s at least something + there are some positions on requests.
A week ago, I launched an ad for 1-3 articles on the site on Instagram. In general, very good PF - people read, sometimes follow internal links, there are few bounces. The goal is to collect PF statistics, does it make sense?
Maybe someone had similar cases. How much time is generally needed in 2k19 to promote the informational. In general, all the information related to this topic is interesting.

Well, it means that not everything is good with you, in Yandex new sites even fly into the TOP with a bang. There are no warnings in Yandex webmaster?

Although Yandex has more commercial traffic than informational traffic, this still does not explain the zero positions. Have you tried writing to tech support? I understand that in your case there is little chance, nevertheless it is worth taking advantage of this opportunity. The emphasis is on the example of searching for pages without quotes.
