How much space does iOS take up on iPad?

If I buy a 32Gb iPad, how much space will be available to me? 30GB? 25GB? How much does iOS itself and standard files take there?

I looked at mine - 5.6 GB. iOS 13beta.
Do not believe any nonsense about clogging with garbage, this is not Android for you.

iOS weighs about 3 GB, but over time this figure can increase by about 10 GB with all sorts of system garbage. Getting rid of this garbage helps only a complete reset (settings and content), which is not very convenient.
It is better to take 64 or more.
