How much money is needed to connect 50 computers in a network?

Good afternoon! In an office with a total area of 350 m2, which is located on one floor and includes 9 rooms, it is necessary to organize a network for 50 user computers + 1 high-performance MFP. The question is: what is the best way to do this, what equipment to use and how much it will cost, taking into account the need to:
- maintain and administer a web service that currently operates on servers rented on the Internet and will be transferred to its own hardware within six months or a year;
- data backup;
- availability of file storage;
- Internet access from any computer;
- logging in to accounts through a domain and applying group policies;
- storage and processing of personal data (full name, date of birth, gender, contact information) and information about organizations (addresses, TIN, working hours, type of activity);
- protection against viruses, hacker attacks, information leaks and other problems related to information security;
- work in the 1C program on 5 user computers;
- and of course it is necessary that the network works stably.
The budget is limited, so the price / quality ratio is important.

There are many approaches to design.
Option times. Everything should be done on laces if the placement of users allows (in terms of the fact that the tables are near the walls and you don’t need to pull the laces through the aisles and protect them with cable channels). 50 users will not fit in a regular switch. You will have to install several switches (this is taking into account the fact that you do not need vlan or guest networks, otherwise you will have to install managed switches, and this requires more sophisticated
equipment
) there will be users and calculate how much lace you need + 10-15% of the stock). From 4200 rubles per bay.
2) DES-1018P (there are a couple of gigabit ports for connecting a server and an MFP, 16 holes for users) 11,000 apiece.
3) DES-1050G (48 holes for users + gigabit hole for the Internet) 10000 apiece.
4) As a Supermicro 1U SYS-5018R-M platform server. Around 50,000 rubles without hard drives and memory. On top of vmware and on it already deploy a file washer, AD and a 1C server. Do not forget to install SSD for 1C. We consider hards separately for backup and file cleaning. Also throw in RAM from 16GB (do not forget that such platforms are notably noisy, you need to hide it away from your ears)
5) Windows, 1C, antivirus, setting all this should be considered separately. It is advisable to hire an administrator to support all this. With grief in half, this will work.
Option two.
1) We reduce the number of bays to 1-2.
2) Replace DES-1050G with UniFi Access Point AC‑LR-5 (set of 5 pcs) x 2. from 30.000 per set. By this we get rid of the laces that stretch to the computers. Just do not forget to install good wifi modules on workstations.
3) Everything else remains the same.
This is a rough approximation. From more or less cheap and what in theory will work. Firms can be any insert. Almost everything can be changed to Mikrotik.
There are also options for the server platform. You can take a used HP Proliant MicroServer Gen8. Less noisy, compact, but if the load on the server increases, it is more difficult to upgrade it.
And the BIG question is whether you will use licensed software, since the price for licenses very often exceeds the prices of network equipment.

The question on this resource looks completely meaningless.
The answer to it is already design work. Which includes going to the site, coordinating a bunch of little things, coordinating a bunch of requirements.
Hire a specialist and work with him. And so, with a finger to the sky, the amount for implementation may differ not even at times, but by orders of magnitude, depending on the wishes. There is no point in even giving a fork.

If you have nothing, then several million rubles may be spent - this is the purchase of computers, servers, licensed software, network equipment, and commissioning work.
Depending on the specifics of the activity and the characteristics of your premises, work on the preliminary design of the IT infrastructure may be required.
