How much does it cost to organize an "electronic queue" system?
Hello.
Today I visited the local branch of the Federal Migration Service, and it became scary. This is the Middle Ages with all its attributes, except for bloodshed... I believe that most of the conflicts can be avoided if the principle of queuing is not to use natural selection, but something more technological. In this regard, I had a question: "How much does it cost to organize an electronic queue?". Is it really so expensive that only Rostelecom and Sberbank can afford such a "luxury"?
PS
Looking at the website of the Federal Migration Service , you can’t say that such chaos is going on there ...

It's really inexpensive. Upon request, we calculate the cost of the electronic queue . You can't buy a good one for 100,000 - the terminal will cost a little less. But 250 can be safely met.
The Federal Migration Service, by law (at least before), did not have the right to purchase, even through auctions, tenders, etc. for commercial companies - everything is only from the state. And yes, it is sad that the situation has not been resolved so far.

I imagine the queue on the toaster )))
The price of the queue management system depends on the composition of the complex - a registration terminal, an information screen and software. For ~150 thousand rubles, you can organize a full-fledged modern flow control system.
The minimum cost for Neuroniq queue management systems is 80-90 thousand rubles. We are in the greatest demand for systems for 250-400 thousand rubles, for five operators with configurable functionality that meets the needs of a state institution.
Appertum qSystem only requires a 65k touchscreen terminal and a TV connected to it for 15k. Workplaces of the application on the PC of employees, the cost of installation is 10-15 thousand
