How much does it cost to create a computer class?

Hello!
I wanted to ask the community a question, because. I don't have any information on this at the moment.
A person approached me with a request to help create a computer class for additional education of children.
Goals and objectives of the class: design using the Compass, Autocad, 3 DS-MAX shell programs,
robotics and EV3 programming, the physical foundations of engineering, engineering graphics, computer modeling, variational statistics, mathematical modeling and engineering , design and applied research activities.
This is actually a quote from the project. The age of children is 9-16 years old. The number of places for children is 5, plus a teacher's place. Everything is connected by a local network, there will be regular and 3D printers. It is planned to teach children how to work with Arduino.
Actually the question is as follows: how much can it cost to create such a class, and planning, and implementation. Which platform is better to use for Linux or Windws machines?
We live in the regional center of 500+ people.
My main experience with windows-machines. they are more common, linux has been related for a long time, although there are tutorials, there was simply no need. I dealt with local networks, but with small ones, no more than 10-15 machines.
I hope for tips from competent people, at least where to run and when to shout guard :-)
UPD.
Thanks a lot for the first replies!
Of course, I was more interested in how much WORK on equipment of this class could cost, because. with the budget is not very clear yet and it is likely to be limited. I talked with some guys in our city, they told me that only work (for modest requests) would cost at least 10-15 sput.
The future teacher about equipment and licensing has generally vague ideas.
Here is a small quote from our correspondence on viber: "In my opinion, we need a network of monitors, keyboards, mice and one processor-server that we talked about. Well, a monitor is 5 thousand, a keyboard is 700 rubles, a mouse is 300. A total of 60 thousand, but what kind of system manager ?, so that both blender and compass and acad and 3d printer and scanner and visual studio pulled "In general, such things. Regarding linux vs windows, the question is of course already closed, definitely Windows, because. I talked with an OpenSUSE user, he told me directly that many analogues under nix do not work as they should.
Regarding the grid, I was advised to hang everything on wi-fi, tk. there will be no direct connection between students and printers, but all projects will be thrown into a network folder on the teacher's computer. In the future, network extensibility and simplicity with redevelopment and possible relocations.
What other points can you point to in such a project? What other considerations can there be on this issue?

The main problem is the license for Compasses, AutoCAD, 3 ds max.
Iron - ordinary computers. In the nearest large store you can order a set, I don’t think it will cost more than $ 600-800 for a computer with a monitor.
Network - a wifi router with several sockets (I recommend 12+ ethernet ports, because in addition to jobs, it will be convenient to plug your devices and printers into them). Perhaps even these will be separate devices. $50-100
Perhaps it makes sense to think about an additional computer server, or rather just a computer but with bigger hard drives, which will be on all the time, on which there will be backups and perhaps some kind of automation. If the budget is cut, at least buy an additional screw in the teacher's computer and perhaps one external screw - you can't do without backups at all.
The printer is an ordinary laser MFP ($100-200), you can use a color laser printer ($200-300 maximum). Charging and maintenance of a laser printer is currently easier than inkjet printers, and if you need direct high-quality photo printing, it will be easier to order a one-time order at the nearest printing house.
Infrastructure - lay a cable in the office, make sockets, preferably 220 too - take a 300m cable bay, hide it in boxes, sockets for $ 3-5, in total hardly more than 200-300 bucks along with work. On the other hand, among the children there may be voluntary assistants for at least simple work (screw the box, pull the wires).
Furniture is a separate issue, depending on the budget. If it is possible to order, you can cut the necessary tables in the construction store and rivet large tables. Well, or get by with tables placed side by side and covered with some kind of plexiglass thread or a board.
With the cost of licenses I will not prompt. But there won't be much to choose from. I'm not at all aware, but I'm not sure that various 3dsmax, autocad, and especially Compass and EV3 will run normally under Linux. Nevertheless, no one bothers to put Linux on a virtual machine or a second system.
But it is better to solve this issue with your person - who will actually teach - the teacher, in theory, should be aware of how and where to put it all.
With the teacher, you should decide on the purchase of spare parts for Arduino. There is such a cocktail of original and Chinese options that you need a person in the subject to know where you can save money and where to get only the original.

The work is complex, you can turn to some kind of integrator such as softline, croc, technoserv, etc.
Firstly, you can request a rough quotation for TK, sometimes they do it for free.
They sell both software and hardware - it can come out cheaper than retail. If desired, they themselves will assemble, set up and conduct a LAN.
Even if you almost randomly choose equipment and licenses from the search results, it turns out impressive.

I will answer in terms of computer hardware:
Windows, because the lists of dependencies include "Compass", "Autocad", "3 DS-MAX".
At least each computer will cost $ 500 (AMD Athlonx4 / Gt 730 / 8Gb / 500Gb + 22 'monitor and the rest) + another 100 $ per grid.More tables and chairs for $60 minimum.
