How much does a share in a ready-made business (web studio) cost?

Greetings friends! I understand that the question is not correct and stupid, but it is interesting to know the approximate data. With a friend, we are creating a web studio in a town near Moscow with a population of 120k people. Register as LLC. He owns 85%, I own 15% of the company. In the long term, if the studio starts to bring in an average income, how much will my (15%) share cost and how difficult will it be to sell it? If selling it is almost impossible, how will it be possible to receive income from this share if, for example, my friend and I quarrel and decide not to work together?
At the moment, we have not registered an LLC, we are having a small dispute in the division of interest, I'm afraid if it continues like this, then I will have to open something of my own, but I don’t want to give up my share either because I made my contribution to the development of the studio.

If the studio is small, it's just your jobs, it is wise to divide the income of current projects according to the contribution of each to each project and not consider the profitability of the LLC or its investment value.
Apparently, your share will be worth as much as you ask for not blocking further decisions of the participants in the LLC, because. the share guarantees participation in management. If the company grows without you and the situation becomes problematic, a new LLC will most likely be opened.
Selling your share to a third party is impossible in 99% of cases, why would you need to buy 15% of the studio? this is not a whole team, profitability is in question, there is no management.
Also, if you left your studio, you don’t lead projects, there’s nothing to share. The only thing that remains is the problematic situation of your participation in management.

Divide the skin of an unkilled bear. With this approach, I advise you not to open anything.

I think that if you fight with a friend, then the friend himself will offer to buy out a share of 15%. The only question is at what price.

Open a company with 50/50 shares for two. 15 - what the heck.

Yesterday there was literally a good article about shares in LLC and other things:
